To fill your cup means to replenish the stores of mental, emotional, and physical energy.  Why do we do this? To stop burnout. Burnout is a state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by prolonged periods of stress. When you stop to fill your cup, you are recharging your batteries so that you can better deal with whatever you will face the next day. There are many, many ways to fill your cup, and you may do something different every time. Pick something that appeals to you.
